Login Help

Please use your Employee ID and temporary PIN provided to you to access your Total Rewards Statement. If you have forgotten or misplaced your Employee ID you can find it on The Hub under My Pay Statements & Leave. If you need to reset your PIN, please contact Susan Takashiba, Human Resources Department at 604.665.9034 or susan.takashiba@portvancouver.com.
Change Temporary PIN After First-Time Login
The PIN provided to you is a temporary PIN only. When you login for the first time, you will be asked to create a new PIN. Creating a new PIN is a simple process.

Answer Security Questions:
  • Enter your answers to five of the security questions that appear.
Create a new PIN
  • PINs:
    • Are case-sensitive;
    • Must include at least one lower case and one upper case letter;
    • Must include one number; and
    • Must be 8-15 characters long.
  • Enter a new PIN in the space provided.
  • Confirm your PIN by entering your new PIN again.
  • Click "Save".
Forgot Your PIN?
If you forget your PIN, click the "Forgot Your PIN?" link on the home page.
  • Enter your Employee ID and click "Submit". If you don't have your Employee ID, contact Susan Takashiba, Human Resources Department at 604.665.9034 or susan.takashiba@portvancouver.com.
  • Answer the security questions that appear; then click "Submit".
  • You will be asked to create a new PIN.
